How much does your lunch service cost?
We deliver our all natural pre-K lunches to your child for just $5.00 per meal. Lunches for older children and adults start at $6.00 per meal.
What is the minimum order for each school?
We deliver to facilities in which there are at least twenty-five orders per day.
What about cancellations for sick days?
You will receive credit as long as you give us 24 hour notice of the cancellation.
What if I am a school or child care administrator interested in a facility-wide service?
We are happy to provide lunches and snacks to your entire facility. The cost of this service depends on the number of children at your facility, your location, and whether you would like individually packaged or bulk packaged foods. Contact Us for an estimate.
Where do your recipes come from?
In addition to creating our own recipes, we have a huge collection of child-friendly, family-friendly cookbooks.
What nutritional guidelines do you follow?
Our recipes and menus are developed in consultation with the Newton-based consulting firm "SNAP" -- Smart Nutrition Application & Practice. If you would like copies of our guidelines, contact us.
Why do your lunches sometimes contain baked goods? Aren't baked goods bad for children?
The primary ingredient in our baked goods is always nutrient-rich whole grains, fruits, or vegetables. Our baked goods also may contain calcium-rich low-fat or non-fat dairy -- such as yogurt, sour cream, or cream cheese, and/or a healthy fat, such as canola oil or olive oil. We use just enough sugar, honey, or maple syrup to make our baked goods taste delicious.
How are your foods packaged and delivered?
Our foods are packaged in eco-friendly disposable containers. To make the lunch or snack period as easy as possible on the schools, no heating is required. Our chef-made all natural foods are delicious cold or at room temperature.
Do you also offer hot lunches
We do not currently offer a hot lunch program. Please contact us if you are interested in this service.
